Cleaning flourescent lighting...?

I have a light in my kitchen that Im guessing is flourescent. (I have some serious nesting..lol..ive been scrubbing everything. Im 33wks preg) THANKS@

1. There should be a way to remove the lens. It looks like it's made of plastic.Once you do that, you can wash it with warm soap and water.
