Pro-Mix Organic good?

http://www.premierhort.com/eProMix/Gardening/fGardening.htm I read that it can be used for vegetable gardens and starting seeds? Is this true? And is that god for seed starting/vegetale gardens?

1. Yes it is an excellent product for starting seeds. The regular Pro-Mix is used by many greenhouses and growers of annuals and etc. It might be a little expensive if you wish to use it as a soil amendment for large areas.
