Do you prefer catalog/online shopping or actually being in the store?

Catalog or online shopping never bothered me till they started charging a fee for returned items. Now if I don't like the item and want to return it, I am charged for it. However, the clothes in the store take forever to go through. Online/catalog everything is nice, neat and easy to get to.

3. i like both but being able to try on prior to purchase is a huge benefit for me so i prefer in store shopping plus you can't always see details on line.

5. I like to go shopping in a store but sometimes I may not find what I am looking for. Shopping online is alot easier except I can't try the clothes on like I can in a store. Having to send something back that I have ordered online would take too much time and cost me money to ship back. Taking it back to the store would not cost anything except the time it takes to go back to the store and the gas that I would need. I still would much rather go shopping in a store.
6. When you go to a store, you try on the item to see how it fits and how the colour and style. You buy the item and there is little chance that you will return it. When you purchase online, there are a high percentage of returns. That is expensive for the store. Therefore, they are trying to discourage you from ordering a variety of items, trying them on at home and returning whatever you do not want. They want you to think about the item and not order it if there is a chance you might want to return it. If possible, try on similar items in the store and then, if you prefer, oder the items online
7. I actually prefer trying out sizes in the store so I know its look and feel. Although it consumes a lot of my time. Online catalogue isn't always reliable.
8. for clothes I like to go into the stores better so I can try everything on and see if I like the way it fits on me
