What would my Size be in womens clothing sizes?

I'am a guy. my waist in 28x30. I think that would be a 3 in women but iam not sure. We have to do this for math class, converting in the everyday life or something.

4. I am 24 x30. And usually wear 0, 1 or even 3 depending on the store. So you would probably be a 7 or 9. Most likely not a 3.
