Where can I find tall and slim womens clothing?

I have a problem, I am 16 yr old girl 5'11 and weigh 110 pounds(size 0-00). Clothes that are my size are way to short! That and stores in the deep south rarely have anythingbelow a four. I have seen a few specialty stores online but the prices are outrageous! Does any one know a good place to find clothes? Especially dresses because I can never find anything to wear to church..
