Opening up a designer womens retail clothing store. How can I do that?

I am an American citizen living outside of America and I want to open up a womens retail store similar to ROSS dress for less featuring designer womens clothes and apparrel. Does anyone have any experience working in retail clothing stores or opening up a clothing store of their own? Any and all advice is appreciated. Thank you
